Wade Lyn Visits 10 Downing Street
Member of the Enterprise Nation
Wade Lyn, Cleone Foods founder and well known Midlands businessman, has recently visited No 10 Downing Street, as a member of Enterprise Nation.
Discussing problems Small Businesses Face
It was the first time when the West Midlands delegation had the great opportunity to meet Daniel Korski, deputy head of policy for the Prime Minister.
The aim of the visit was to discuss topics related to problems and challenges small businesses face including support for funding and investment for those located out of London. Small companies face disadvantages in many areas of business compared to large companies, especially those with highly recognisable brands.
Helping Small Businesses
Enterprise Nation helps those who start or already own small business to grow, have access to information resources and mentoring. Wade Lyn is proud to be a member of the organisation, which not only helps create an entrepreneurial society in the UK, but also represents a voice for small business with the British Government.
The latest event was a huge success and lasted longer than planned, which does not happen very often at No 10 Downing Street. Daniel Korski was really interested to hear all of the comments and suggestions from our local team. It has proved that West Midlands is a place that gives business owners a great potential to bring their ideas to life. Thanks to organisations such as Enterprise Nation, small local companies have the support and help that they need to shine.
We also believe that Cleone Foods is a good example of a small company with great achievements, both as a small business and its support for local communities and its employees.
