Island Delight supports Jamaica Event in Thompson Northfield
As a product which celebrates the native flavours of Jamaica and a company with roots back in the country, as well as our CEO taking a lead role in local Caribbean issues and the community, we were very pleased to be involved with the fun Jamaica Event at Thomson Northfield during May Bank Holiday Weekend.
The fun event took place on Saturday 23rd and Monday 25th May and was a chance to celebrate Jamaica at the travel agents in Northfield. Everyone who came along to the event had the chance to find out about all the latest travel packages to Jamaica as well as enjoy a whole range of local Caribbean businesses, including our fantastic patties.
The Event was a huge success and included a free prize draw with the chance to win a day pass for Chukka Tours, VIP Mobay Airport Lounge access and Goodie Bags from the Jamaican Tourist Board. Refreshments were provided in the form of fruity Caribbean cocktails, Red Strip beer and of course, our fantastic range of patties, all enjoyed for free!
The event attracted plenty of attention and offered some fantastic deals for people wanting to visit Jamaica for everything from once in a lifetime honeymoons to visiting family and friends. The draw prizes included access to the world renowned Mobay Airport Lounge at Montego Bay Airport which offers a truly VIP experience and the chance to enjoy a choice of Chukka Tours, which are designed to provide tourists with experiences tailored to their interests whether that’s active adventure or culture and leisure.
